Our service needs the IMEI and the lock type to provide you with the unlock codes. It takes 24 - 48 hours to get your unlock code. Follow the steps bellow and you will receive your unlock code automatically in your (primary Paypal) email address.

Warning: Double check your IMEI code and lock type. If you provide us with wrong IMEI and or lock type(s) we can not refund you!

Unlock steps:

Type *#06# and write down the IMEI of your phone (only the first 15 numbers; no dashes)
Get the phone lock data:
- Type: >*<<*<* on your phone (Where '<' and '>' are left and right menu button; if you have joystick like K750i push down instead of left and up instead of right | If you have touchscreen (e.g. W960i) use the side button. UP is left and DOWN is right)
- You will see a new menu now. Choose: 'Service Info'
- You will go into a new menu again, now choose; 'Sim lock'
- Now you will see 5 lock types with lock icons on the right. Have a close look at the icons. Some of the icons represent an open lock and some of them are closed. We need to know which ones are closed. 90% of phones have 1 lock locked the rest have 2 locks locked.

Double check your IMEI and lock type(s)
