How to retrieve necessary information to unlock your phone?
For us to be able to provide you with your unlock code(s) we need some information from your phone. On this page we explain you how to obtain this information from your phone.
It is vital you provide us with the correct information. If you receive a wrong unlock code because you provided us with wrong phone data you will not get any refund or retry so please pay attention and make sure you correctly enter the phone information when ordering your unlock code.
Needed information
We need the following information to provide you with the unlock code(s):
- Phone model
- IMEI (15 digit unique number)
- KRH information
How to get it:
Phone model
You can find it on the box of your phone or at the sticker under your battery as shown at number 3 on the images bellow.
IMEI
Hit *#06# to get your IMEI. Note we only need the first 15 digits (no '-' or '/' characters).
A second option to get your IMEI is by entering the code >*<<*<* (where < or > is left / right menu button) then go to 'Service info' then choose 'Configurations' . For further illustration see Youtube movie bellow.
The third option is to look at the sticker under your battery. See number 1 and number 4 in the images bellow for illustrations.
KRH information
Enter >*<<*<* (where < or > is left / right menu button or side button up and down for touch screen phones) then go to 'Service info' then choose 'Configurations' and scroll down to KRH information. See Youtube movie for further illustrations and number 2 in the images bellow.
