From now on it is NOT possible anymore to make a payment for your unlocking code with an unverified Paypal account.
If you make an order with an unverified account this will result is severe delays! Refunds that result because you do not have a verified account will costs you 7.50 Euro administration costs.
How to verify?
This is very simple and Paypal will always ask you to do this. You simply have to link your Paypal account to your bank account.
Paypal will deposit some small amounts of money on your bank account, you have to verify this by entering the amount they deposited online when you are logged in to your
Paypal account.
Why this new restriction?
We do not want to place this restriction but we are forced due to the number of fraud people that make a Paypal payment using their creditcard and then make a refund claim 3 / 4 weeks
later via their creditcard company when they already received their unlock code.
Ok Paypal sucks! No other payment method?
We can offer bank transfer (TT) but this is much slower as this has to be handled manually. You can contact us if you want to use bank transfer.
There are also some other online Payment methods such as mooneybookers / Google Checkout, we are currently looking into this if and in what way they can protect us better. If you have any suggestions
for other payment methods do not hesitate to contact us!
